[Bug 33211] Nautilus SFTP access fails to display permissions

Description:
STR:

(1) Open up an SFTP connection
(2) Right click and select properties on any file object
(3) Click on the permissions tab
(4) "The permissions of 'XXX' could not be determined." is displayed

This used to work in Breezy.  Not after upgrading to Dapper.
Architecture is x86_64.
