[Bug 33417] Gimp lost its (useful!) 'Print' dialog

Description:
Somewhere between breezy and dapper current, Gimp lost it's File ->
Print menu option (and all associated printing stuff, it seems).

This tended to be useful at times, and I'd like to see it back (or at
least see a mention of where it went/what the recommended alternative
is/etc)
