[Bug 33435] gnome-screenshot freezes on zero diskspace

Description:
The screenshot utility will happily take a screenshot and allow the
[Save] button to be pressed.  If there is no space on the disk it will
then 'freeze' with grayed-out/disabled widgets with no way to kill the
program and no way to rescue the screenshot and save it even if
additional diskspace is now available:
