[Bug 33643] RPM will not download correctly

Description:
Dapper cd4.

Trying to download hercules-3.04-1.i386.rpm using Firefox
the Totem program always starts. Obviously it then fails to run.
In the files default.list and mimeinfo.cache rpm's are assigned to
file-roller. Commenting out these assignments does'nt change
the situation. Other file types assigned to file-roller seem to work properly. I am new to Ubuntu & Linux so I hope this makes sense.
Of course Totem came with the distribution & was'nt installed by me.
