[Bug 33967] A way to disable low disk space warnings

Description:
Currently tooltips with warnings about low disk space on my Windows
volumes pop up upon each login. They are extremely annoying and cannot
be disabled. Please either provide an option to disable/configure them
or eliminate this code altogether, if you don't have time for that.
