In the bug reproduction steps I get the tester to set the screensaver
timeout to 1 minute to test this bug - do you really reckon it's fair to
make someone trying to reproduce the bug wait 10 minutes - forever
depending on their screensaver settings just for bug reproduction
purposes?

Also not everyone has short attention spans - it can be quite feasible
to stay on the same slide for 10 minutes if you are explaining multiple
important points.
