[Bug 34051] Epiphany does not offer any easily accessible settings for changing sound output

Description:
Epiphany uses esd as its default pipe for sound playback (with flash
atleast) and as such there are the typical latency problems associated
with esd. Audio is not synchronized with flash video at
http://video.google.com for example.
