[Bug 34243] .ico associated with eog but eog can't display them

Description:
When trying to open .ico files with eog, which is associated with the
.ico file type, eog crashes.

- Steps to reproduce:
a) Open nautilus and double click on a .ico file or
b) Run "eog <a .ico file>" from gnome-terminal

- Expected results:

An eog window should open displaying the icon file

- Actual results:

An error dialog pops up saying 'The application "eog" has quit
unexpectedly...' (1)

If run from gnome-terminal, (1) occurs and, this error message is
printed to the terminal:

** ERROR **: file eog-window.c: line 2767 (obtain_desired_size): assertion failed: (EOG_IS_IMAGE (img))
aborting...
