[Bug 34342] ejecting CD incorrectly gives "writing..." msg

Description:
When ejecting a CD, the dialog box gives a message about "writing data
to the media".  The may be the case for USB devices, but it isn't the
case for ejecting CDs and the msg is scary and misleading.
