Ok, it's version 5.10 of Ubuntu and Totem plays it back fine. The first mp3
I found on the internet is
http://www.archive.org/download/gd95-02-19.schoeps.10544.sbeok.shnf/gd95-02-19d2t07_64kb.mp3which
skips continuously. I've yet to find one at 64kbps or under that
doesn't skip, although I haven't noticed any higher.
