[Bug 34711] ubuntu-about.desktop lacks Lithuanian translation

Description:
The "About Ubuntu" entry in ubuntu-about.desktop does not have a
Lithuanian translation.  It should be

Name[lt]=Apie Ubuntu
Comment[lt]=Sužinokite daugiau apie Ubuntu

(Since I've had some bad experiences with non-ASCII characters in some
bug trackers, just in case, I'll clarify that 'Sužinokite' has exactly
one accented letter, U+017e LATIN SMALL LETTER Z WITH CARON.  I hope
this clarification is completely unnecessary with Malone.)
