[Bug 34715] No "whois" on right-click menu

Description:
In XChat, right-clicking on a name brings up a large menu; one option
there which is probably used a lot is "whois".

XChat-Gnome does not have 'whois' on the right-click menu, and (unlike
XChat) does not appear to have a way of customizing the right-click
menu.

Not related to this bug report, but overall XChat-Gnome is highly
unsatisfactory. XChat's no prize, but -Gnome just seems even less
usable...
