[Bug 34715] No "whois" on right-click menu

Aside from the lack of whois, and just based on an evening's use of
XChat-Gnome:

- no GUI way to see a channel's Ban List
- no way to customize the right-click menu
- another problem has already been bug-reported: https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/xchat-gnome/+bug/30642
- no way to get rid of the popup user list and park it somewhere like Xchat does.

On the other hand, the channel list in -Gnome is more usable than the
listing window in XChat.

XChat is a mess too, but at least it's a customizable mess. XChat-Gnome
has gotten rid of all the customizability without improving usability
enough.
