Description:
The mini-commander applet is missing from gnome-
applets_2.14.0-0ubuntu1_i386.deb (no idea about other architectures).
The missing file is:

/usr/lib/gnome-applets/mini_commander_applet

(the man page is still in the package so I assume mini-commander is
meant to be part of this package)
