[Bug 34903] hard disk icon issues

Description:
1. The hard disk icons are not aligned correctly. They are not verticaly
centered but instead they show up at the bottom line of the text.

2. The size of the different hard-drives are very different/incompatible
with the Tango icons: The tango icons use the same space for hard drives
like for other icons - this is consistent and leads to a more
homogeneous look and feel.
