[Bug 34981] Nautilus shows NTFS disks, but will not mount them. Undescriptive mount error

Description:
Just recently, my two NTFS drives have been appearing in the Computer
section of nautilus and in my gtk open dialogs.  I can not access these
however.  The labels are displayed correctly, but I get this error when
trying to mount or open them:

"error: device /dev/hda3 is not removable

error: could not execute pmount"

Strange error.  Does anyone have any ideas?
