first of all (but unrelated) you should add id3mux at the end of your
pipeline to get correct tags ;)

the song times are showed incorrect because there's currently nothing
that writes xing headers. in plugins-bad in CVS there was a new element
added to do this some days ago, maybe we get this for dapper.
