[Bug 17133] gnome menu no longer uses implied mnemonics

This is fixed in dapper from what I can tell. Actually, it's back to the
old behavior -- you click your key-combo to pop up a menu, then hit the
down arrow, then navigate with the keyboard. It would be nice if hitting
the down arrow wasn't necessary.
