[Bug 35277] Perl highlighting includes 'elseif'

Description:
I recently noticed that the gedit highlighting for the perl scripting
language actually includes 'elseif' which shouldn't be, because the
correct usage is elsif (which gedit also highlights). But I have asked
around (especially on #perl on irc.freenode.net) and using 'elseif' will
cause an error in perl.
