[Bug 35334] new tabs not in bold

Description:
When opening a link into a new tab :
- on breezy, the new tab is in bold until it is read (which is usefull)
- on dapper, the new tab is not in bold anymore.

I like the breezy's behaviour.
Was it changed on purpose?
Or is it a bug?
