[Bug 35348] Deskbar applet keep gnome panel from completely loading

Description:
I have the deskbar applet installed and on my bottom panel.

When gnome-panel loads it seems to freeze up just after loading the
"show desktop" button and never gets any further. I am left with two
blank panels, and no way to access any programs. (other then the
terminal) Everything functions, but the panel stays blank.

By running a killall deskbar-applet, gnome panel finishes loading and
Gnome is usuable.
