[Bug 35380] Human theme should suggest a background

Description:
Since the GNOME theme-manager now supports  the suggestion of background
(see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147665), it would be cool
than the Human theme suggest the Ubuntu default background.
