[Bug 35415] This package is missing its .pot file

Description:

While importing Dapper translation into Rosetta I saw that this package
is missing its .pot file and only has .po files.

In order to be sure that we are providing latest version of the .pot
file we need that the packages update its .pot file.

Most GNOME packages do this on build time automatically, could you fix
this package to do the same?
