[Bug 35475] Deskbar is unselectable when using xserver-xgl

Description:
Once the screen is loaded, although deskbar is rendered correctly, using
xserver-xgl and compiz I am unable to type in anything to deskbar, or
even make my cursor appear there.  The deskbar does render correctly and
I can use my mouse to go through various options.  Even if I use the
focus hotkey I still cannot type in the window.
