[Bug 35483] icons don't get properly replaced on theme switch

Description:
Running dapper, fully updated, when switching icon theme the "home" and
"computer" icons in nautilus' taskbar aren't properly replaced, even the
items in the "go to" menu are affected. Logging out and then back is a
valid workaround sometimes, but some others it won't help. Regards,
