Dapper Drake flight 5
GTK 2.8.16-1ubuntu1

In any area with horizontal and vertical scroll bars, moving to the top left and scrolling the mouse wheel down fast causes the display to scroll right as well.
This behaviour has been seen in Gedit (with linewrap off) and also in gaim
