[Bug 35783] printing '2 pages to 1' does not work

Description:
I have an hp laserjet 8000, set it to duplex printing, choose the option
to print '2 pages to 1' and it should print 4 pages - 2 on both sides.
It only prints 1 on both sides.  It does this even with duplexing turned
off.  2up printing in cups works fine.
