[Bug 35811] Wastebacket and Battery icon look too similar

Description:
In Dapper the Power Management Applet's icon is very similar to trash
icon. In fact when I first noticed it I thought some reason my battery
icon moved to the lower right hand corner of my screen and that my
batter was almost empty. IMHO the wastebasket item needs to be reworked
and the battery icon should remain as is.
