Yes, the problem is still there. It has evolved a bit though. 
The seek bar still stops working after the podcast has finished playing, but what's new is that now, the "Repeat" mode doesn't work : no matter what, once you have played a podcast, it will not play it again unless you double-click  on it.

That said, I have to admit that Repeat and Shuffle modes maybe don't
make much sense, when listening to radio podcasts, and maybe upstream
meant to actually disable these modes, which I think would be just fine.
However, it would be good if they made the corresponding buttons in the
toolbar, insensitive/greyed out, so that the user instantly figures it
out, without having to make any assumptions.
