[Bug 36002] Zoom In/Out hotkeys don't works with numpad key

Description:
The hotkeys in epiphany for zooming in and zooming out are [ctrl] + [+]
and [ctrl] + [-] respectively.  These hotkeys work using the [+] and [-]
keys located next to the backspace key, but not using those located on
the numpad.
