[Bug 36076] Visual bug in "Show more options", account modify

Description:
Accounts -> Modify -> Show more options

The marker left of "Show more options" seems to skip more to the left
after selecting. Two markers are visible after deselecting. If another
window is moved over these two markers, the "fake" one will disappear.

May be reproducable on low resolution desktops where parts of box goes
outside of visible range after selecting "Show more options".
