[Bug 36077] get notification message AND popup for calendar alarms

Description:
With the latest evolution/evolution-data-server/etc in Dapper, i seem to
get 2 notifications for my calendar alarms.  I get the same popup that
used to appear in breezy (a dialog in the middle of the screen w/ the
appointment details and a "Dismiss" button).  I also get a notification
bubble in the lower right corner of the screen with a little "X" icon
that makes the bubble go away.  Seems like only one of these should show
up.
