[Bug 36167] Business Injet 1000 using incorrect driver

Description:
When attempting to configure a HP Busness Inkjet 1000, the HP Business
Inkjet 2200 driver (chp2200) is suggested.   Even when selecting the
HPLIP hpijs driver HP (HPLIP) -> Business Inkjet 1000, the chp2200
driver is used.


This all worked in hoary, but is broken in dapper.
