[Bug 32870] Abiword crashes when opening a file (on AMD64)

Comment:
Right now I have abiword 2.4.2-0ubuntu2 installed and I still see the
same behvior.  According to apt-get this is the latest and greatest. 
And, the bug is still there.

When I hit the "open file" icon on the toolbar or go to File->Save As
Abiword crashes.

What can I do to give you more useful information?
