Comment:
For evolution this makes sense, as we have buttons on the panel by
default, which point to different versions for different releases and
have to always launch evolution (even after upgrades). We would have to
change the upstream build system to change the name to always be
'evolution' - you might want to discuss the issue for gnome-app-install.
