[Bug 36423] Right clicking line numbers with multiple tabs

Description:
If you have mutliple files open in tabs with gedit and line number view
on when you right click on the line numbers on any tab it pops up the
tab context menu and jumps you to the first tab.

This is with Gedit 2.14.1 from Flight 5.
