Description:
Computer : Acer Aspire 5020 Laptop
System : Ubuntu 'AMD64' Dapper 20060310 daily build

Problem :

With 'MPEG-1' video and other codecs, when the scroll wheel rolls at
both sides, video goes to the start insted of advance faster to the end
(with one of the two scrolling directions)

This issue only happens with few codecs.
