[Bug 36778] after creating a new tab, the location entry is not focused

This is something that's there by design. 
If you've got a homepage set in epiphany then the focus falls to the page, to get the focus to go to the address bar you need to be have set the homepage to 'blank page'.

I thought there was already a bug for this, probably closed but I can't find it.
