[Bug 20939] evolution doesn't use seahorse-agent when started by hotkey instead of gnome-panel or shell

in this case, I don't think the problem is in evolution, but in the part
of gnome, which actually handles the hotkeys, for not providing a
correct environment. I think this is metacity, but I'm not sure. Perhaps
someone could reassign this to the correct package?
