The rhythmbox version in dapper is compiled against gstreamer0.10, xine and gstreamer 0.8 versions will not help.

I have a collection of nearly 2000 .flac files ripped over the last 2 years that work fine with gstreamer 0.10.x and rhythmbox 0.9.3.1
