[Bug 37179] "Shut down" applet and strange font change

Description:
I filed this bug against gnome-panel since I believe the code belongs to
this package (although it is technically an applet).

First, the "Shut down" applet appears in the "Add to panel" dialog, I'm
not sure whether we want it here or not (provided that we have only one
dialog with all logout/shutdown options) ?

Then, here's the small problem : after about a second, the title font
changes into a smaller one (the text doesn't change nor does any other
element of the dialog).
