[Bug 37274] sudo apt-get build-dep abiword pulls in old, universe LibGSF and LibWPD

Description:
I am attempting to build AbiWord from source, and so I ran sudo apt-get
build-dep abiword.  I get linker errors about wv and gsf, so I look in
Synaptic and notice that now, two versions of libgsf (and dev files) are
installed, an official/"main" one and one from universe, which is older.
When I remove the older universe one, it also removes the libwpd-7 which
the build-dep installed.  Looking in synaptic, I can see that I already
had libwpd-8 installed.
