[Bug 24369] Shouldn't ask what to do with empty cd-r when Serpentine's already started

Well I guess you've already got my opinion :) However I do agree a bit with Kamome's point, i guess a user could be preparing cd A while burning cd B for example.
I wonder how other systems like Windows, MacOSX or KDE handle this?
