[Bug 42433] path in init script excludes window managers in /usr/X11R6/bin

Description:
Since this is not included in the path in the init script gdm is unable
to use fvwm95's session description as it can not execute the program.
Argubly fvwm95 is broken, but this would also affect twm if twm did have
a session description.
