[Bug 42723] Ubiquity manual partitioning shows no text on icons

Description:
When doing manual partitioning on a disk in Ubiquity, it's not obvious
how to create a new partition until one realises that the icon on the
top left of the toolbar is an icon for a "new partition". Is it possible
to display text with those icons?
