Via right click in nautilus, or launching via shares-admin.
The "Share folder" window has a "Name" text inut field, wich should
default to the name of the folder you want to share.

Aditionaly, the "Share with" puldown menu should default to the
fileserver installed (NFS/Samba) or the one used last. The "Do not
share" option is pretty useless. Why not remove it and prompt the user
to install/choose server software to use?
