[Bug 42962] Accelerator underlines are broken

Description:
In all GTK applications my accelerator underlines are quite litterally
broken. Instead of a then underline, it looks like two fat dots.

This issues seems to turn up sporadically. Also when it occurs, moving
over the GTK widget resolves the broken underline.
