[Bug 43491] Sound juicer should have a "Get Help Online" option in Help menu

Description:
Sound Juicer does not currently have a "Get Help Online" option in the menu linking to the Launchpad page:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+sources/sound-juicer/+gethelp
It would be great if it did have (it would help me file bugs if nothing else)!
