Ok, I will try to correct this, but I need some hints.

I have based some of my icons in other Tango icons. For example, the character-picker icon is based on accesories-character-map and  applications-internet. Or the panel-notification-area, which uses the dialog-info icons.
Who should be the author, the original, me or both?
With the license, there is not problem, because I will use the same as Tango.

About the lines, must all lines be 1px wide or only the external borders? Can they be wider?
