[Bug 43751] bug buddy is missing sendmail, which is not installed by default

Description:
Bug buddy uses sendmail to automatically send bug reports, without
sendmail it isn't able to do so which decreases bug buddy's usefulness.

So, maybe install sendmail by default on 6.06 for bug buddy?
